Understanding Eschatology Definitions & Meanings

by Brad Baker

March 12/2022

Here is a list of a few words that those who are new to eschatology will need to know in order to understand what those words mean.

es·cha·tol·o·gy:

noun The part of theology concerned with death, judgment, and the final destiny of the soul and of humankind.”Christian hope is concerned with eschatology, or the science of last things”

1. AD70: Some may wonder why is AD70 mentioned so much. AD70 represented the end of the Age and the beginning of the New Heaven & Earth. I use it a lot in my articles because if someone is reading a Preterist article for the first time they would understand better when that date in time is mentioned and serves a purpose for first time readers who are new to the Preterist view so they are not confused with the futurist views of things happening in the future.

2. Amillennialism:

Amillennialism which, etymologically, means ‘no Millennium’. So what about Revelation 20:1-7? Well, it would be unfair to say that a-mills do not believe in a Millennium; they simply believe that it is a symbolic, heavenly reality and not an earthly one. Christ is ruling right now over His church from heaven alongside his saints. And Satan is currently bound in the sense that he cannot prevent people from hearing the what the Spirit of God is saying and believing in Christ.

Like Pre-Millennialism, Amillennialism enjoyed good standing amongst the Church Fathers. But unlike the pre-mill stance, a-mills are persuaded that Christ will not establish a 1,000 year reign on the earth after His Second Coming. Once He comes back, there will be a new heaven and a new earth. And what do a-mills think about the Rapture? Quite simply, they do not believe that there will be one.

3. Beast:

There were four main Beasts mentioned in Daniel’s chapter 2 vision that were to be dominate ruling nations from the time Israel was taken into captivity by the Babylonians about 500 years before Christ came. The first one of gold was Babylon. The second one of silver was Persia. The third one was Greece. The forth one was of Iron which was Rome but this one also included clay which was apostate Israel. Many believe that the clay part of the vision is still futuristic and they try to fit it into the time they live in but the clay is seen in:

Jeremiah 18: 6 “O house of Israel, can I not do with you as this potter?” says the Lord. “Look, as the clay is in the potter’s hand, so are you in My hand, O house of Israel!

The first Beast ever seen in the Bible was the serpent that deceived Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden where the Mark of the Beast that could be seen as the Tree of Knowledge where the laws of Moses or laws of other nations that were unto themselves came from. Egypt was seen as the Red Dragon.

4. Bereans:

The word “Berean” was chosen to reflect the words in Acts 17, “These (Berea) were more noble than those in Thessalonica in that they received the word with all readiness of mind and searched the scriptures daily whether those things were so.”

5. Blaspheming The Holy Spirit:

When Jesus was casting out a Demon from someone the scribes who came down from Jerusalem said, “He has Beelzebub,” and, “By the ruler of the demons He casts out demons.” Jesus was casting out that Demon by the Spirit of God and those scribes were saying the exact opposite. This is an example of what Blaspheming The Holy Spirit is.

We must be careful when someone has heard something that the Spirit of God has said to someone else. To make a quick judgment and to call them a heretic or a liar could be reflecting back to the source who gave it and if it is truly from God could put that person in a dangerous position to be in with speaking out against the Spirit of God.

6. Cessationist: Cessation means to be brought an end. Someone who is a Cessationist to the extreme would believe that all ended in AD70 with nothing for the future beyond AD70 that would include us in it when it comes to the fulfillment of Bible prophecies. From what I have seen the Israel Only group of people that believe this.

7. Frame Story:

A frame story is a literary technique that serves as a companion piece to a story within a story, where an introductory or main narrative sets the stage either for a more emphasized second narrative or for a set of shorter stories.

A good example of Frame Story is in the book of Revelation where John does it throughout the book.

8. Full Preterism:

Full Preterism see the Feasts of the Lord and Holy Convocation Days in Leviticus 23 as God’s plan of redemption that was all fulfilled in the first century with the first and second coming of the Lord. Full preterism differs from partial preterism in that full preterists believe that the destruction of Jerusalem fulfilled all eschatological or “end times” events, including the resurrection of the dead and Jesus’ Second Coming, or Parousia, and the Final Judgment.

Other names of full preterism include:

  • preterism (because the term itself means “past”)
  • consistent preterism
  • true preterism
  • hyper-preterism (a pejorative term used by opponents of preterists)
  • pantelism The term “pantelism” referring to completion.
  • Covenant Eschatology
  • Fulfilled Eschatology

9. Gaslighting explained:

To call someone out with the truth is one thing but persistent lying about someone who has the truth can and often does lead to gaslighting them in order to make them look like they have the truth while making the other person doubt their sense of reality. Satan tried that in the Garden with Eve and convinced her to eat from the Tree of Knowledge that God forbid them to eat from.

Gaslighting fundamentally boils down to persistent lying with a deliberate intent to undermine and invalidate the feelings, perception, and experience of another.

It is a form of emotional manipulation and psychological bullying that narcissists use to deliberately cause their chosen target to doubt themselves, question their perception of reality, and ultimately even their sanity.

It’s also what toxic bullies and emotional manipulators use to rewrite history and avoid accountability and responsibility.

Make no mistake, it is emotional and psychological abuse!

10. God’s Written Word Vs. His Hearing What the Spirit Says:

Logos and Rhema:

Both logos and Rhema are the Word of God, but the former is God’s Word objectively recorded in the Bible, while the latter is the word of God spoken to us at a specific occasion. According to Nee a passage of the logos can move into being Rhema if it becomes shown to apply to the specific individual.

Playing Chess:

Some who uses both Logos and Rhema with consideration for the interpretation of Greek and Hebrew words when they are speaking or in their writings, and debating. Rhema which is hearing what the Spirit is saying rules but never steps out of line with the Logos and connects the dots in the typology that is used in the scriptures. Those who are playing chess do not play according to other peoples rules like a puppet on a string. They do not dance to the tunes of other peoples songs. They are a flame in the refining fire that the Holy Spirit speaks through to those who can hear what the Spirit is saying.

Playing Checkers:

Someone who only uses the Logos with Greek and Hebrew words when they are speaking or in their writings, and debating. Using the Rhema is considered stepping out of line with the Logos. They usually fear false prophets will rise and say they are hearing from the Spirit when they are not. People playing checkers chain God’s word to only be from the Logos. Playing checker is just the process of elimination.

Playing Tiddlywinks:

Someone who relies on traditional views only and they usually bring in the baggage from their former denominations that they came from. It is kind of like digging up a dead body from the grave and giving to you to eating what the worms left behind. They do not engage with the other methods used like Rhema or the Greek and Hebrews meanings. They only use the Bible and go along with their denominational beliefs attached to them in order to remain in right standing with their denomination to maintain their membership to it.

11. Great Tribulation:

The Great Tribulation actually happened between AD66 to AD70 for three and a half years just before the end of the Age of the Old Covenant. There are many who believe it is still yet to come in the future which causes them to be extremely alarmed with a good and doom fear that is unrealistic.

Here is how the futurist see it: It is Christ Himself who used the phrase “Great Tribulation” with reference to the last half of the Tribulation. In Matthew 24:21 Jesus says, “For then there will be a great tribulation, such as has not occurred since the beginning of the world until now, nor ever shall.” In this verse Jesus is referring to the event of Matthew 24:15 which describes the revealing of the abomination of desolation, the man also known as the Antichrist. Also, Jesus in  Matthew 24:29-30 states, “Immediately after the tribulation of those days . . . the Son of Man will appear in the sky, and then all the tribes of the earth will mourn, and they will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of the sky with power and great glory.” In this passage, Jesus defines the Great Tribulation (v.21) as beginning with the revealing of the abomination of desolation (v.15) and ending with Christ’s second coming (v.30).

The scriptures never say that there is a man known as the Anti-Christ because the term Antichrist is usually associated with the Great Tribulation in modern day futuristic teachings and that this so-called Anti-Christ would be a world leader. I will post all the scriptures about the word antichrist which simply just means against Christ and it is a Spirit of antichrist and not a world Global leader as futurist fear will come and enforce the mark of the Beast. Take note in the last hour which was upon them in the first century and not way off track by 2000 years later and counting.

Deceptions of the Last Hour

1 John 2:18 Little children, it is the last hour; and as you have heard that the Antichrist is coming, even now many antichrists have come, by which we know that it is the last hour.

1 John 2:22 Who is a liar but he who denies that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist who denies the Father and the Son.

1 John 4:3 and every spirit that does not confess that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is not of God. And this is the spirit of the Antichrist, which you have heard was coming, and is now already in the world.

12. Heaven & Earth:

The Old Covenant world is not referring to the creation of Heaven and Earth that God created in the beginning. The Old Heaven and Earth was a type and foreshadowed the New Heaven and Earth as seen in:

 Isaiah 51:16 And I have put My words in your mouth;
I have covered you with the shadow of My hand,
That I may plant the heavens,
Lay the foundations of the earth,
And say to Zion, ‘You are My people.

According to the ancient Hebrews Heaven was seen as the Most Holy Places within the Tabernacle or Temple. The Earth was seen as the Holy Place. The Outer Court was seen as the Under Earth or Sea.

The New Heaven & Earth began after the Temple and Jerusalem was destroyed in AD70. Isaiah 65-66 and Revelation 21-22 describe the New Heaven & Earth there as well.

The New Heaven & Earth of Eternal Life will never end it remain forever. However it will have may ages to come within it.

Ephesians 2:7 that in the ages to come He might show the exceeding riches of His grace in His kindness toward us in Christ Jesus.

We are either entering into the Age of Aquarius or already in it. Back at the end of the Age of the Old Covenant they were going out of the Age of Aries and the New Heaven & Earth began with the dawning of the age of Pieces. The old Hebrew culture along with many other cultures used the Stars to tell them the time for months and probably years and ages.

13. Hyper Preterism Vs. Anemic Preterism:

Hyper Preterist is name that other Preterist use against other Preterist when someone has a view that they do not agree with so they call it hyper. With the Israel Only view saying salvation was complete and stopped at AD70 and ended with salvation for the nation of Israel only. The Universalist view says beyond AD70 everyone is saved and are now one with God.

Partial Preterist will usually call Full Preterist Hyper Preterist because they believe in a Spiritual fulfillment in AD70 verses a physical fulfillment of Christ return set for the future. The term Hyper Preterist gets thrown around out there by both Partial and Full Preterist when in reality all these forms of Preterism are Amenic Preterist and to be Hyper Preterist means to go beyond or transcended and there is a word for that called Praeter means that which is beyond, past.

In reality there is only one form based in Full Preterist that is not anemic or lacking like other forms of Preterism are currently and that is: The Manifested Sons of God AD70 based in the New Heaven & Earth Eschatology and has explored beyond AD70 based in typology from the scriptures to see what they fulfilled so it might qualify for being Hyper Preterist or Transcended Full Preterist. All other forms of Preterism are anemic within their views. The Manifested Sons of God AD70 based in the New Heaven & Earth Eschatology which avoids the pitfalls of these other views within Preterism. 72 Read the Statement of Faith article which will explain why.

14. Israel Only View:

This view believes that everything in the Bible and the New Covenant only pertained to ancient Israel and not a word of it applies to anyone else ever and never will. They say that they are the only one with a consistent Full Preterist view while most Full Preterist read themselves into the first century timeframe and only transcend into the New Heaven and Earth on a very limited scale. The Israel Only View boils down to Atheism except for those who belief in their energy god. According to this view everything just ended in AD70 and leads many of their followers into the Abyss of atheism. In order for their view to stand they twist the means of words to mean something else. For a few examples Adam was Israel, the Earth was just the nation of Israel, the Gentiles were only the ten lost tribes of Israel and has nothing to do with the other 70 nations from Noah that were required to attend the Feast of Tabernacles according to:

 The Nations Worship the King

Zechariah 14: 16 And it shall come to pass that everyone who is left of all the nations which came against Jerusalem shall go up from year to year to worship the King, the Lord of hosts, and to keep the Feast of Tabernacles. 17 And it shall be that whichever of the families of the earth do not come up to Jerusalem to worship the King, the Lord of hosts, on them there will be no rain. 18 If the family of Egypt will not come up and enter in, they shall have no rain; they shall receive the plague with which the Lord strikes the nations who do not come up to keep the Feast of Tabernacles. 19 This shall be the punishment of Egypt and the punishment of all the nations that do not come up to keep the Feast of Tabernacles.

All you have to do is read the Book of Jonah and see how God viewed other nations as well as Egypt here:

Isaiah 19:19In that day there will be an altar to the Lord in the midst of the land of Egypt, and a pillar to the Lord at its border. 20And it will be for a sign and for a witness to the Lord of hosts in the land of Egypt; for they will cry to the Lord because of the oppressors, and He will send them a Savior and a Mighty One, and He will deliver them. 21Then the Lord will be known to Egypt, and the Egyptians will know the Lord in that day, and will make sacrifice and offering; yes, they will make a vow to the Lord and perform it.

15. Manifested Sons of God AD70:

This view based in Transcended Full Preterism that is New Heaven & Earth Eschatology or Praterism:

This view is explained better in the article called Statement of Faith for the New Heaven and Earth by clicking on the link:

16. Millennium Generation: “Transmillennialism”

Max R. King (born 1930) is the founder of the school of thought known as “transmillennialism”. King was a minister in the Churches of Christ for 40 years before developing Transmillennialism.

MaxKing pioneered a field of theology that he termed “covenant eschatology.” Within fundamentalist and conservative Evangelical contexts, he contended that Biblical eschatology was not related to the end of the space-time universe, but to the transition of the Old Covenant  to the New Covenant. Max King offered a unique interpretation concerning the millennium as found in Revelation 20 as pertaining to the forty-year period from 30-70 AD. He called this time “the transition period” from Old Covenant to New Covenant. In King’s view, this transition opened the way for the full presence of God to dwell with all of humanity. To describe this relationship, King coined the phrase “Comprehensive Grace.” Another common term used describe covenant eschatology is called Full Preterism.

Max King’s “full preterist” position has been widely criticized by churchmen, including R. C. Sproul, for denying hope of bodily resurrection of the dead, or indeed any hope for those living after AD70. That problem was solved with my article in April 1st 2022 called: Adam’s Death & Hereafter Spiritual Body

Edward E. Stevens coining of this term of Millennium Generation for the Transmillennism Max King called it. A generation was considered to be forty years like the generation that was in the wilderness for forty years which was a type for the Millennium Generation the first century Church waited until the end of the Age when the Temple was destroyed in AD70 and the Hew Heaven and Earth began.

17. Millennialism: (from millennium, Latin for “a thousand years”) or chiliasm (from theGreek equivalent) is a belief advanced by some religious denominations  that a Golden Age or Paradise will occur on Earth prior to the final Judgment and future eternal state of the World to Come.

Christianity and Judaism have both produced messianic movements which featured millennialist teachings—such as the notion that an earthly kingdom of God was at hand. These  millenarian movements often led to considerable social unrest.

The three main schools of Christian eschatological thought are all related to the controversial theme of the Millennium.

1.Premillenialism

2. Post-Millennialism

3. Amillennialism

18. Outer Darkness:

The Outer Courts of Israel’s Temple in typology was a type of outer darkness and in the outer courts was where animals were sacrificed for the sins of Israel and Jesus fulfilled all sacrifices where He was crucified in the outer courts of the Temple. On the Holy Convocation Day of Atonement the people of Israel were required to pray and fast as well as weep for their sins. Many are misinterpreting Revelation 21: 1-4 with a false illusion of no more death, pain, sorrow etc for a time in the future after Christ returns physically when is actually is referring to what I mentioned above associated with the Holy Convocation Day of Atonement.

Revelation 21: 21 Now I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away. Also there was no more sea. 2 Then I, John, saw the holy city, New Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. 3 And I heard a loud voice from heaven saying, “Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and He will dwell with them, and they shall be His people. God Himself will be with them and be their God. 4 And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes; there shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying. There shall be no more pain, for the former things have passed away.”

Outer Darkness was mentioned three times but Jesus. The first time was over the lack of faith many in Israel had when a centurion soldier from Capernaum had faith in Jesus to heal one of his servants in Matthew 8:12. The second time was about someone who did not have on a wedding garment which could be referring to an example of the five foolish virgins or robe of righteousness Matthew 22:13. Then a third time for The Parable of the Talents where the unprofitable servant did nothing to be rewarded for in Matt. 25:30.

Outer Darkness seems to be a Spiritual state a person would be in before they face the Judgment seat of Christ and different than the eternal condemnation in the Lake of Fire.

19. Overcomer: Someone who has overcome being like the Prodigal Son was and has put back on Immortality, walks in the Spirit, abides and rests in Christ, believes in the faith and things hoped for that give eternal life.

20. Partial preterism:

R.C. Sproul founded modern day Preterism which is Partial Preterism.

Partial preterism (often referred to as orthodox preterism or classical preterism) may hold that most eschatological prophecies, such as the destruction of Jerusalem, the Antichrist, the Great Tribulation, and the advent of the Day of the Lord as a “judgment-coming” of Christ, were fulfilled either in AD70 or during the persecution of Christians under the Emperor Nero.

Some partial preterists may believe that the Antichrist, the Great Tribulation, and the advent of the Day of the Lord as a “judgment-coming” of Christ, were not historically fulfilled. However it was Nero’s name that added up to 666 in Hebrew the language.

Some partial preterists identify “Babylon the Great” (Revelation 17–18) with the pagan Roman Empire, though some, such as N.T. Wright, David Chilton, and Kenneth Gentry identify it with the city of Jerusalem. Most interpretations identify Nero as the Beast, while his mark is often interpreted as the stamped image of the emperor’s head on every coin of the Roman Empire: the stamp on the hand or in the mind of all, without which no one could buy or sell. Another partial preterist view regards first and second century events as recurrent patterns with Nero and Bar Kochba presented as archetypes. There is evidence that the epithet of Bar Kochba is a play on the Hebrew Shema with the value equating to the gematria value of 666. The pun on his patronymic equates to the variant reading 616. However, others believe the Book of Revelation was written after Nero’s suicide in AD 68, and identify the Beast with another emperor. The  Catholic Encyclopedia states that Revelation was “written during the latter part of the reign of the Roman Emperor Domitian, probably in AD 95 or 96”.Many Protestant scholars agree. The Second Coming, resurrection of the dead, and Final Judgment however, have not yet occurred in the partial preterist system.

21. Pharisee:

Pharisees were members of a party that believed in resurrection. By following legal traditions that were ascribed not to the Bible but to “the traditions of the fathers.” Like the scribes, they were also well-known legal experts: hence the partial overlap of membership of the two groups. What kind of person is a Pharisee? (lowercase) a sanctimonious, self-righteous, or hypocritical person.

22. Post-Millennialism

Post-Millennialism, in stark contrast to Pre-Millennialism, believes that the Millennium occurs before Jesus’ Second Coming rather than after. Since Scripture speaks of the Millennium as a time of great prosperity for the kingdom of God, post-mills are inherently optimistic. The world, as they see it, is in an ongoing golden process of progress. Although this view is scarcely mentioned by the Fathers, it was championed by many of the English Puritans who believed that a huge awakening was soon to occur amongst Jews and Gentiles before the Lord’s return.

The 1,000 years do not have to be literal in post-mill thought. They merely symbolize a long time of advancement for the cause of the Gospel. Post-Millennialism reached its zenith amidst the cultural buoyancy of the nineteenth-century; but it was promptly struck down following the horrific tragedies that characterized the two World Wars in the first-half of the twentieth-century.

23. Premillenialism:

The simplest definition of premillennialism is the belief that after a period of severe tribulation of the earth, the Lord Jesus Christ will visibly and bodily return to earth (His Second Coming/Advent or Parousia) and will then rule and reign on the earth for a period of one thousand years (millennium) of peace and prosperity.

The premillenialists can be divided up into two groups: the “Historical“ classic pre-mills and the dispensationalist pre-mills.

On the one hand, “Historical“ Classic Premillenialism, stemming from the time of the Church Fathers, believes that when Jesus returns He will establish His kingdom upon the earth for 1,000 years (which may be symbolic or literal). However, it does not hold to the idea that there will be a secret Rapture before the time of the Great Tribulation. This historical perspective understands the new people of God to be the church and therefore, the promises God made to national Israel will be fulfilled in the history of the church both before and after the Second Coming. Some classic pre-mills also point out that there will be a revival amongst the Jews just before the Lord’s return.

Dispensationalist Premillenialism, on the other hand, is different from the historical version of Premillenialism because it believes that Christ will rapture His church before the Great Tribulation. Dispensationalism, which was born in the nineteenth century but can be traced back to the time of the Fathers, puts a lot more stress on national Israel than Classic Premillenialism. Once the church is raptured, God will begin to work with the nation of Israel as in the days of the Old Covenant. The Jews will preach the Gospel and many Israelites and Gentiles will come to faith in Christ before His return. God will literally fulfil all of the promises He made to Israel in the Old Testament in the Millennium and the nation will reign throughout the whole earth.

24. Premillennial Full Preterism:

This view places the resurrection of the rest of the dead beginning at AD1070 and the first resurrection back at AD70. This view holds that the little season that followed 1070 is over and Satan is now in the lake of fire. They interpret a thousands to be literal and not signified like the Apostle John was told to write things in Revelation 1:1 The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave Him to show His servants—things which must shortly take place. And He sent and signified it by His angel to His servant John,

25. Pre Millennial Preterism:

This view is Partial Preterism but has a slight lean into Full Preterism and believe that the second coming happened in AD70. Here is where they take off into the future but what they have to offer is very limited and they end up going in circles over the same issues and have every little to offer when it comes to All Things being Made New other than they just got started and in the process of being done. They focus within their view with whether Jesus was sitting down or standing up or when the last enemy death was defeated to make their point of view over ride all the other things about the subject in the scriptures. They believe that the millennium starts in AD70 and that all things have not yet been fulfilled in Revelation 20. Some are and some are not still waiting for Christ to put all enemies under His feet with physical death being one of them. One of them believe that all Feasts of the Lord and Holy Convocation Days were fulfilled at the cross as well as all laws being nailed to the cross and others have expressed no option when I asked. They believe that Matthew 27:51-53 was not the first resurrection but rather AD70 was the first resurrection and only resurrection, except a few that lean more into the Partial Preterist/Futurist view. For those that do they see modern day Israel as playing a role for scriptural fulfillment. This view fails to see or acknowledge that the Feasts of the Lord and Holy Convocation Days as a type not just for the first but the second coming of the Lord as well in God’s plan of redemption for mankind which all played out in the first century.

For them, the Millennium is either still going, or is wrapping up now. Some of them believe that Satan’s release corresponds with the Jews re-inhabiting Palestine in 1948.

 26. Preterism:

A Christian eschatological view, that interprets all Bible prophecies as events which have already happened. This school of thought interprets the Book of Daniel as referring to events that happened from the 7th century BC until the first century AD, while seeing the prophecies of the Book of Revelation as events that happened in the first century AD. Preterism holds that Ancient Israel finds its continuation or fulfillment in the Christian church at the destruction of Jerusalem in AD 70.

The term preterism comes from the Latin praeter, which is a prefix denoting that something is “past” or “beyond”.[1] Adherents of preterism are known as preterists. Preterism teaches that either all (full preterism) or a majority (partial preterism) of the Olivet discourse had come to pass by AD 70.

Historically, preterists and non-preterists have generally agreed that the Jesuit Luis de Alcasar  (1554–1613) wrote the first systematic preterist exposition of prophecy Vestigatio arcani sensus in Apocalypsi, published during the Counter-Reformation.

27 Prodigal:

What is the biblical definition of prodigal?

In the Biblical parable of the Prodigal Son, a son receives his inheritance and travels to a distant country, wastes all his money in wild extravagance, becomes desperately poor, returns to his father, and is received with open arms. Prodigal, here and elsewhere, means rashly or wastefully extravagant.

I going to give a Spiritual definition to this as an antitype to the historical setting of Israel Vs. the ten lost tribes as the Prodigal Son. In the New Heaven & Earth that we are in mankind inherited Immortal life when Christ made all alive in AD70 but with Immortal life it is like clothing we can take it off. Instead of how it was back in the old Age of Corruption when all were dead in Adam. Then when we instead of growing with the fruits of the Spirit operating in our life we travel into the realms of Outer Darkness and end up in either religious denominations stuck in Outer Darkness or we venture off into the world and waste our life away walking in the flesh without the Holy Spirit operating in our lives. Either way we end up spending most of our time in the refining fire like the Prodigal Son did and because of it we fail to enter in the rest Christ has for us when we are abiding in Him. The refining fire burns away at the things that do not please God and brings a death to them, while the Spirit maybe saved if the person returns back to Christ their Everlasting Father. Only then do they put back on Immortal life like you would clothing and in a sense being born again according to the New Glorious Age of the New Creation we are in. Not like the old Age of Corruption when they were born again from Adam’s death which was cast into the Lake of Fire. That ended that way of faith they had for those in the first century to come to Christ so that we can have a new faith based on all things were made new. When we have Immortal life we can see the Kingdom of God, without it we are blind and in Outer Darkness where our Spirit would be weeping and gnashing its teeth fearing what would come if we were to physical die.

28. Rapture:

In Christianity, the eschatological (concerned with the last things and End-time) belief that both living and dead believers will ascend into heaven to meet Jesus Christ at the Second Coming (Parousia). (Parousia).

The belief in the Rapture emerged from the anticipation that Jesus would return to redeem all members of the church. The term rapture, however, appears nowhere in the New Testament. In his First Letter to the Thessalonians, the Apostle Paul wrote that the Lord will come down from heaven and that a trumpet call will precede the rise of “the dead in Christ” (4:16). hereafter, “we who are still alive and are left will be caught up” (in Latin, rapio, the standard translation of Paul’s original Koine Greek) “together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air” (4:17). The Synoptic Gospels (Mark, Matthew, and Luke) mention Jesus’ return to earth from heaven; e.g.,The Gospel according to Mark cites Jesus as foretelling a “ ‘coming in clouds’ with great power and glory” (13:26).

Belief in the Rapture is often connected with a belief in the literal coming of the millennium, the 1,000-year rule of Jesus Christ after his return, as mentioned in chapter 20 of The Revelation to John (also known as The Book of Revelation), although there are also amillennial interpretations of the belief that reject that notion. There is also a divide among pre-tribulationists, who believe that the Rapture will occur before a period of tribulation on earth mentioned in Daniel (12:1) and Matthew (24:21) and preceding the End, and post-tribulationists, those who believe that it will come after that period. Finally, dispensationalism, the notion that God periodically enters into a new covenant with his people, has had some influence on the belief, insofar as some believers in the Rapture consider themselves to be dispensationalists.

Along with the epistles of Paul and the Revelation to John, apocalyptic literature and millennialist thinking have long maintained a hold on the Christian imagination, even when they have been variously interpreted or—in the case of millennialism even rejected by some of the major figures in the history of Christian theology. The 16th-century movement called Futurism, expounded by the Jesuit Francisco Ribera, stressed the future fulfillment of the prophecy of the End as mentioned in scripture with both the rise of the Antichrist and the return of Christ. Another historical event whose ideas may have had some influence on the later evolution of the idea was the founding of the Massachusetts Bay Colony by Puritans seeking to build a “City upon a Hill” in anticipation of the Second Coming. The evangelical fervour of the Great Awakening (early 18th century) and Second Great Awakening (late 18th to early 19th century) in the United States widely promoted ideas about the millennium, about a new dispensation, and about the imminence of Christ’s return. The most famous of such thinkers was William Miller, whose prediction that the Second Coming would occur in 1843 inspired the subsequent formation of Adventist churches.

The idea of the Rapture persisted through the remainder of the 19th century and throughout the 20th century, gaining popularity among some evangelical and fundamentalist Christians as well as among some other Christian and even non-Christian new religious movements. During the Cold War, between the United States and the Soviet Union, particularly as the threat of nuclear war grew, prophecies about the Rapture gained currency. In the late 20th and early 21st centuries the idea was prominent in popular culture, in part because of the millennialist fervour that arose as the year 2000 approached. The so-called “Chick Pamphlets” (illustrated tracts authored by the evangelist Jack Chick) and the Left Behind (1995–2007) novel and movie franchise were two examples of that phenomenon. Meanwhile, End-time prophecies promoting a specific date for the Rapture—most notably the two dates in 2011 predicted by the American evangelist Harold Camping—proliferated. By Matt Stefon

29. Sadducee:

A Sadducee was a member of a Jewish party consisting of a traditional ruling class of priests and rejecting doctrines not in the Law (such as resurrection, retribution in a future life, and the existence of angels)

30. Scribe:

Scribes had knowledge of the law and could draft legal documents (contracts for marriage, divorce, loans, inheritance, mortgages, the sale of land, and the like). Every village had at least one scribe. What did Jesus say about the scribes?

“For I say unto you, that except your righteousness shall exceed the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, ye shall in no case enter into the kingdom of Heaven.” (Matthew 5:20).

31. Spiritual Imagery:

We can see in the Bible where Nations or people were referred to as animals or reptiles etc. like the serpent in the Garden of Eden or the Red Dragon that referred to Egypt. I always look for the fruits of the Spirit when I am dealing with someone else but when they do not have the Spirit of God working through them they can take on a Spiritual image of the things mentioned below.

Aliens: These kind of people are in the twilight zone and can make you wonder what planet they are from and they will try to make you doubt your sense of reality by gaslighting a lot of what you might have to say. It may seem like they have dementia and not understand a word that you say. It may seem like they are dreaming of fantasyland a lot that is not based in reality or the Spiritual things. They believe in the super natural and many things that are not realistic. One of them for an example would be physical bodies coming out from the grave and rising into the air for the rapture. The Kingdom of God literally in material form descending down from the sky in a cube that would cover a big country etc. Everything must be super natural for them in the physical realm because they do not understand the Spiritual realm of things or know what they are. Lying spirits prevail over them and they have very little sense of what reality is in the Spiritual realm, as if it does not exist.

Animal Beasts: We all have a tendency to mirror the image of people we deal with and some more than others. Some people are like wolves in sheepskin who can fool you like in that cartoon Little Red Riding Hood. They can be like a hyena or a pack of them laughing at you while mocking God and laughing at others. A few are known as narcissist, social-paths, and psycho-paths. Unless they got a handle on it through medication or meditation they are usually controlled by evil spirits that will or desire to emotionally torment and physical harm you.

Greek & Hebrew gods: When reptile spirits are equipped with Spirituality with a little bit of truth they are like a Greek or Hebrew god and appear like a wizard lizard pulling a rabbit out from an empty box box with false interpretations of the scriptures. That is why it is very important to fellowship and be in connect with others who have the Holy Spirit with the Fruits of the Spirit indwelling them. Many of them can hear what the Spirit is saying more clearly than what any Greek or Hebrew god can do by studying what their words mean. When you study Greek or Hebrew meanings for words you really need to be in tune to the Holy Spirit first and last and check with the Spirit of God after understanding the meaning of words. If you don’t they will become a Greek or Hebrew god that can spin anything around to throw you off from the truth. We already have over 40,000 different denominations to prove that as a fact but understanding Greek or Hebrew words can also be very helpful. Always consider typology along with the Greek and Hebrew languages and hearing what the Spirit of God has to say.

Holy Spirit: The Holy Spirit is really the Spirit of God and if you have Christ you have all three of the Godhead body dwelling within you. The Holy Spirit has imagery of a dove and doves are gentle and gentleness is one of the fruits of the Spirit. The Eagle is seen as one rising above all things in life with power. The imagery of Jesus was an innocent Lamb but He has other images to like the courage of a Lion, the Lion represents royalty and courage. God the Father is seen as light of Spirit and truth. His presence is also seen as a refining fire as well as a consuming fire. There is a difference. In the refining fire the produce only stays there until the dross is drawn out then it gets pulled out of the fire when perfection has been achieved so that it is saved from being consumed if otherwise left in the fire. It is by the Holy Spirit dwelling within us that we can speak the truth that He lead and guides us into and confess that Jesus Christ is Lord and King.

Reptile Beasts: When I do not see the fruits of the Spirit in people they seem cold blooded inside without faith, hope and love that comes from God. Usually reptile Beast are used in scripture to describe a nation that would be against God. A person with a reptile Spirit makes you wonder what kind of an egg they were hatched from. They can viciously attack you physically or verbally without a warning, so be aware of them. These kind of people usually ignore you and not give you any respect or honour you in any way.

They can become very strong headed, non transparent and add very little to the conversation other than to gaslight other people to make them look better than them so as not to give them anything that can be turned against them. They will usually be constantly looking for something they can use against others instead of dealing with the truth.

They can be like a vicious snake by all of a sudden without warning attacking something to devour, like when you cast your pearls before swine. They are a bit different than the wolves or animal Beasts who constantly are hungry looking for something to devour so someone else might know what to expect, but none the less this kind of personality can be very toxic. They have deceptive spirits operating through them and can be like a chameleon lizard changing its colours to match the occasion to blend in with but with groups of people in order to gain some trust and respect.

Wizard Lizard: According to Isaiah 62:2 it seems like everyone will get a new name which the mouth of the Lord will name. I can see a new name for the modern day Pharisees, Scribes & Sadducees that is not to be mistaken with a Holy Spirit fulled Berean who can hear what the Spirit is saying when they study God Word and use all resources available and share it. These people are worthy of double honour. When someone with a Reptile Spirit blends in Spirituality into their life, some of them can become Masters at it. There are many highly educated people out there with Master’s degrees that have gone to some of the top named Bible institutions in the world and have become well taught in the Greek and Hebrew languages. Some might think that they had the gift of tongues or the gift of interpretation of tongues. Rarely do I ever hear them acknowledge on how important it is the hear from the Rhema Word or Spirit of God and many seem to favour the Greek and Hebrew more. They are usually against those who can hear from the Spirit of God and think that they are just trying to be authoritative yet they try to make themselves to be authoritative because of the eduction or knowledge that they have developed on their own.

They can be masters at how words can change their meanings around that would make your head spin and they can become like a Wizard pulling a rabbit out of an empty box. They will appear like magical things that do not bear witness to the Spirit of God within you. They rely on only Logos word written down that kills but avoid the Spirit of God’s word that gives life.

These Wizard Lizards need to be exposed for who they really are just like Jesus did in Matthew 23. They have helped cause over 40,000 different denominations that keep us all divided and they can direct humanity to the brink of nuclear war especially in the Mid East.

32. Straw Man:

A straw man is a form of argument and an informal fallacy of having the impression of refuting an argument, whereas the real subject of the argument was not addressed or refuted, but instead replaced with a false one.

33. Tabernacles & Temples:

The Tabernacles & Temples were a place of meeting with God throughout the old Age according to:

Exodus 27:21In the tabernacle of meeting, outside the veil which is before the Testimony, Aaron and his sons shall tend it from evening until morning before the Lord. It shall be a statute forever to their generations on behalf of the children of Israel.

A tabernacle was a tent designed to meet with God by Moses in the wilderness that lasted to when Solomon’s Temple was built out of stone after King David’s reign. During the time before the King’s of Israel the Ark of the Covenant was captured and then after King David recovered it he pitched a three sided tent for it and worship God without the the outer court and Holy Place. The Tabernacles and Temples had vails that separated them from God which only the High Priest could enter once a year on the Holy Convocation Day of Atonement. While King David had this pitched a three sided tent to worship God in His presence it was a type for Pentecost’s outpouring in AD30 that had the vails torn according to Matthew 27 to start the restoration of the Tabernacle of David in the Spiritual realm until the New Heaven & Earth antitype of that would be for the world to in the presence of God and have Him tabernacle amongst us.

The Most Holy Place within the tabernacle represented Heaven and the Holy Place represented the Earth according to:

Isaiah 51: 16 And I have put My words in your mouth; I have covered you with the shadow of My hand, That I may plant the heavens,
Lay the foundations of the earth, And say to Zion, ‘You are My people.

The Outer Courts represented the Under Earth or kingdom of darkness.

34. Transcended Full Preterist Worldview “TFPW”:

transitive verb. 1a : to rise above or go beyond the limits of. b : to triumph over the negative or restrictive aspects of : overcome. c : to be prior to, beyond, and above (the universe or material existence)

Transcended Full Preterist Worldview means that which is beyond, past AD70 that is not limited to just the Church. I coined this term and call it New Heaven & Earth Eschatology as well, which helps describes the Manifested Sons of God AD70 view that I have been working on since 2010 with a foundation in Full Preterism and typology in the Feasts of the Lord and Holy Convocation Days.

35. Transmillennialism:

Max R. King (born 1930) is the founder of the school of thought known as “transmillennialism”. King was a minister in the Churches of Christ for 40 years before developing Transmillennialism.

Max King pioneered a field of theology that he termed “covenant eschatology.” Within fundamentalist and conservative Evangelical contexts, he contended that Biblical eschatology was not related to the end of the space-time universe, but to the transition of the Old Covenant  to the New Covenant.

Edward E. Stevens solved that problem with his Individual Body View IBV and coining of this term of Millennium Generation for the Transmillennism Max King called it because a generation was considered to be forty years like the generation that was in the wilderness for forty years which was a type for the Millennium Generation for the first century between AD30 to AD70.

Max King developed the Corporate Body View “CBV” for the resurrection of the Dead at Christ’s Coming in AD70 based on:

Philippians 3:20 For our citizenship is in heaven, from which we also eagerly wait for the Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ, 21 who will transform our lowly body that it may be conformed to His glorious body, according to the working by which He is able even to subdue all things to Himself.

The CBV believes the saint were resurrected into the New Covenant in AD70 but the saint were already in the New Covenant starting at Pentecost. The main part of this view is it robs us of a Spiritual body in the hereafter and places it into the body of Christ which those first century saints already were. The CBV view of Max King and Don Preston not only “downplays” the significance of the Cross (physical death of Christ), but goes radically further to eliminate the physical death of Jesus from His substitutionary death. Preston is on record admitting that the substitutionary atoning death of Jesus was NOT his physical death on the Cross, but rather was a spiritual death that occurred while he was still alive physically! That is trampling under foot the precious physical blood and physical death of Jesus.

Preston is on record admitting that the substitutionary atoning death of Jesus was NOT his physical death on the Cross, but rather was a spiritual death that occurred while he was still alive physically! Do you catch the blasphemy of that!

Edward E. Stevens who knew Max King as leaning into that view for about 15 or 18 years then in 1993 Ed Stevens developed another view called Individual Body View “IBV” which was accurately done according to scripture and by doing so saved Full Preterism to be on the right side of history though we can be thankful at the same time for the work Max King did aside from his CBV. Truth usually come to us as one thing leads to another and something we get one thing right which opens the door to other things. The opposite is true that one error can take us down a rabbit hole more other errors. Max King eventually turned to Preterist Universalism called Comprehensive Grace and passed away in Feb. 25th 2023

36. Universal Salvation:

In Christian theology, universal reconciliation (also called universal salvation, Christian universalism, or in context simply universalism) is the doctrine that all sinful and alienated human souls—because of divine love and mercy—will ultimately be reconciled to God.

Universalist are a group of people that believe everyone gets saved and goes to Heaven no matter what they did or what they believed in while alive on Earth and will ultimately be reconciled to God after they go through some refine fire in the hereafter. A lot of them think everyone will get another chance after they die and God will convince everyone of them of what the truth is so none of them would choose to be literal burning in Hell and suffer the eternal flames, so they all will repent. Universalist do not believe in eternal damnation at all, but in the end believe we all are one and God is all in all.

37. Universal Salvation Redefined:

As a Full Preterist we believe that mankind are now in the New Heaven & Earth and have been delivered from the Age of Corruption “AOC” since AD70. Universal Salvation as defined to us should not even exist. I believe there was a complete Universal Salvation in AD70 from Adam’s Age of Corruption of sin and death but that is where it also ended. People will still have to face the judgment seat of Christ some day and Christ will hold them all to account as if they did it to Him. He does not judge according the the old laws that came from the Tree of Knowledge but according to the fruits we have that come from the Tree of Life. The laws of Christ are according to the Fruits of the Spirit now.

Universal salvation came only once from the curse of the laws of sin and death. They were of the Mosaic laws and all the other laws people from other nations had unto themselves in AD70. for everyone including the dead who were raised for judgement. Christ did not judge the world according to those laws from the Adam’s Age of Corruption. He divided the sheep from the goats according to whether they bore the Fruits of Kingdom. The sheep into eternal life ,and the goats into everlasting punishment.

The salvation that came from the Great White Throne Judgment was to deliver all of creation out from the Age of Corruption of Adam’s sin and death and bring it to an end. It was time for a whole new beginning with All Things Made New so Universal Salvation was a Once Saved Always Saved from the curse of the laws from the Adamic Age of sin and death event when the Holy Convocation Day of Atonement was fulfilled. That was a Universal salvation for the whole world and not just Israel or a part of it, but all of it.There never was or will be a reconciliation back to God for the unjust. The world was judged according to the Fruits of God’s Kingdom that come from the Tree of Life. If God saw that they by nature had the Fruits of the Spirit and treated people with love and respect they were considered to treat Jesus that way and the good they did they did it unto Him. With the dead who were raised in the second resurrection of the just and the unjust, the sheep entered into the Kingdom of Heaven and entered into the gates to eat from the Tree of Life the goats went to the Lake of Fire.

The rest of the physical living carried on in life not noticing what had happened in the unseen realm. All of those who became believers in Christ after AD70 were not raptured but many of them became like the scapegoat wondered off into the wilderness of Outer Darkness wondering what happened like the scapegoat on the Holy Convocation Day of Atonement. After that Great White Throne Judgment in AD70 no one goes to Hades to wait for their individual resurrection anymore after they pass away. When all Things were Made New, salvation post AD70 is from the Lake of Fire which replaced waiting in Hades under Adam’s sin and death that was cast into the Lake of Fire. I order to be saved from the Lake of Fire post AD70 we must be an overcomer that has faith, hope and love in order to be worth to inherit all things.
