Intro: Futurist have very little to claim as prophecies being fulfilled in the past, other than the Spring Feasts of the Lord that could be seen it a literal sense while the Fall feasts and events were Spiritual in nature in the unseen realm during the first century. When you think about it the Blowing of Trumpets, Day of Atonement and Feast of tabernacles were generally accomplished in the unseen realm but the Spring Feasts were in the seen realm. This article will show you have those appointed times of Holy Convocation Days and Feasts can be applied to out own personal lives.

I would place the spiritual death and resurrection through water Baptism at the cross for death as the Passover, and the Spiritual resurrection with the Sheaf Wave offering and the deliverance from sin through the Feast of Un-Leaven Bread. There is no way that you can erase this and cast it into the Fall appointed times like what Collective Body View does. It just doesn’t make hermeneutical sense and Don K. Preston, Mike Sullivan and all those who support the CBV should have known better by now.

I don’t think we can nail down the exact time the Fall Appointed times of Blowing Trumpets, Day of Atonement and the Feast of Tabernacles were fulfilled. All we got were the signs to look for like the destruction of the abomination of Desolations and Temple for the taking away of the first so that the second could be established that occurred shortly before those Fall Appointed times would have come. They were pretty well all done in the unseen Spiritual realm like the resurrection of the just and the unjust. All we can assume was that they all did occur on the dates they were design to happen on. We can see where all the Spring appointed times were fulfilled by their occurrences in the natural realm starting with the Passover and Jesus being the sacrifice. Followed by the others and eventually Pentecost at the Upper Room when the Holy Spirit filled those who were waiting for it.

Edward E. Stevens IBV fills all the holes with the Resurrection of the saints in Matthew 27:51-53 and in AD66 for the complete first resurrection of the blessed. As well as the GWTJ resurrection in AD70 for the whole creation of the just and the unjust after the Temple no longer stood.

The CBV has been mistaken for what the confirmation of the New Covenant was about according to Daniel 9:27 and placed the Spring time Feast in there and has made the big mess of the Full Preterist movement and this will be the legacy of the CBV and all those who have supported it. But they all have a choice either to come clean and maybe God will use them in a great way, or face a very harsh reality that is coming their way soon and not 2000 years from now.

The Spring Feasts and Holy Convocations

1 The Spring Feasts and Holy Convocations Days were fulfilled with the antitype through the death of Jesus Christ on the cross, the purging of leaven “sins in ones life or anything that is not of the will own God”, His resurrection on the third day, and the infilling of the Holy Spirit on the day of Pentecost 2 Death reigned from Adam to Moses in a sense that it was through the Old Covenant which began with Moses that brought life through being forgiven through the process of sacrifices of shedding blood from animals as a substitute for humans that were required by the laws of the Old Covenant. 3 Jesus ended that process once He was crucified as the Passover Lamb for the sins of the whole world.

4 The Feast of Un-leaven Bread was symbolic of how Jesus purged the leaven out of the first century believers from false doctrines of men. 5 Water baptism was a sign and testimony to others that a believer in Christ was set free from the curse of the law and delivered out from the bondage of the Old Covenant and was the antitype of the children of Israel coming out of the bondage of slavery from Egypt where they had to purge their houses of all leaven that was in them. 6 This kind of deliverance was on a personal level and not to be confused for the world wide level that would come at the end of the Age for complete salvation from the Age of Corruption when the Day of Atonement would be fulfill according to:

Romans 8:21because the creation itself also will be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God..

7 We experience a personal deliverance from the bondage of sin when we return back to God like the Prodigal Son did but there is something much bigger going on with putting out leaven; Jesus warned of the the leaven of the Pharisees and Scribes or doctrines of men, because only the true will set us free.

Matthew 16:11How is it you do not understand that I did not speak to you concerning bread?—but to beware of the leaven of the Pharisees and Sadducees.” 12Then they understood that He did not tell them to beware of the leaven of bread, but of the doctrine of the Pharisees and Sadducees.

1 Corinthians 5:7Therefore purge out the old leaven, that you may be a new lump, since you truly are unleavened. For indeed Christ, our Passover, was sacrificed or us.

8 The first century believers through water baptism died symbolically and were resurrected into Christ’s death and resurrection. 9 They were free from the bondage and slavery to the laws of sin and death which mankind inherited from Adam. 10 Through faith in Christ believers in the first century that were born in Israel were set free from the Old Covenant laws and the Gentiles were set free from the laws that they had unto themselves.

Romans 6: 4 Therefore we were buried with Him through baptism into death, that just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.

11 The Sheaf Wave of First Fruits is where resurrection life began with Christ as the firstborn resurrected and all those saints in Matthew 27: 51-53 from the nation of Israel that were the First Fruits were resurrected from being a disembodied soul that were in Hades; they received  a Spiritual body that Ascended into Heaven after Christ to follow and reigned with Him there. 12 Then after the Day of Pentecost Spiritual resurrection life carried on through for those who were physically alive that came to Christ after being filled with the Holy Spirit during the first century to AD66 were the First Fruits who had the Spirit, which were all part of the first resurrection. 13 They reigned Spiritually with Christ in Heaven who was a life-giving Spirit while they lived on the Earth in their physical bodies before their body changed into a Spiritual redemptive body.

14 All of the Feasts of the Lord and Holy Convocations that the children of Israel had to observe for over 1300 years, foreshadowed there fulfillments in the first century. 15 The process of redemption which was fulfilled for the first century Church was fulfilled for them, not us born in the Age that was to come where all things have been made new. 16 So now let’s now draw from the typology from the first century fulfillments of the Feasts of the Lord and Holy Convocations for the world after AD70 in the New Heaven & Earth and apply it to our own personal lives. 17 The Feast of Pentecost was a summer feast in the middle of the first century that linked the transitional period from the cross to the end of the Age in AD70 when the Fall Feast and Holy Convocations began in AD66. 18 After the Day of Atonement all things were made new in God’s new creation for the New Heaven and Earth.

19 To begin with we look at the Lord’s Passover and the Feast of Un-leaven Bread that had the Sheaf Wave of First Fruits within that Holy Week of the Feast of Un-leaven Bread where all three events were observed.

20 The Lord’s Passover: Christ bringing salvation to the whole world for sins through the sledding of His blood. 21 Whether they be sins committed under the Old Covenant laws the the nation of Israel had, or the by laws Gentiles had that were unto themselves. 22 At the end of the old Age in AD70 all things were made new; Christ made all of mankind alive with the baptism of the Holy Spirit and Fire that came from His presence after the Temple no longer stood; which was after the resurrection of the just and the unjust took place for the Great White Thrown Judgment. 23 With this being established in our faith we can apply our new kind of faith in the New Heaven and Earth to where we begin life alive and in God’s presence like Adam and Eve had before they sinned. 24 That is, until we go our own way and become like the Prodigal Son and have to go through the refining fire until we returned back to our Everlasting Father Christ and asked to be forgiven.

25 The Feast of Un-leaven bread: can be applied to our personal lives by resting in Christ and abiding in Him, after removing the leaven out of our lives like Israel had to remove it from the houses just before the Passover. Un-leaven bread speaks of non activity and that rest we can have, that pulls us out of the refining fire of the Holy Spirit. 26 When God delivered His people out from Egypt, the scriptures called being in Egypt the iron furnace. 27 During to early years of our life we go astray and Spiritually we go through the refining fire even if we are not aware of it, until we start to believe and have faith in God and His word. 28 We require time to Spiritually grow and learn a lot of things before we get out there and be active so we do not misrepresent what we stand for and cause more harm than good.

29 The Sheaf Wave of First Fruits: comes into play when we begin to realize our faith has begun to grow and we are Spiritually alive with resurrection life, yet still not ready to be active because this day was within the week of the Feast of Un-leaven Bread which was not active. 30 This is like a young person who has reached the age of accountability or someone just out of boot camp ready to go into action and well trained but has not been assigned a mission, yet trained and ready to go.

31 Just like the children of Israel who were in the wilderness for 40 years with Moses were not to start the Sheaf Wave of First Fruits until they were in the promised land and after the first harvest. 32 This in antitype speaks to me of us being not ready to go into ministry with the understanding that all things were made new for the New Heaven and Earth until we grow Spiritually with resurrection life. 33 The Passover and Feast of Un-Leaven and the Sheaf Wave of First Fruits were in the spring season and all of them occurred within one week known as the Holy Week; that week was separated by 50 days from the Sheaf Wave of First Fruits to the Feast of Pentecost which speaks of the time of growth we have to wait until we can be effective and active.

34 The Feast of Pentecost: is all about being active because in that Feast two loafs of leaven bread were brought as new grain offering to the Lord. 35 Leaven speak of being active and rising up with resurrection life while alive on Earth in the here and now. 36 I see the two loafs as Christ in you empowered with the Holy Spirit and Fire sent into a mission and accomplishing great things after being trained and ready to go into action as part of the Former Rain, but in the latter years of ministry as the Latter Rain. 37 As the power of the Holy Spirit refines us believers, He then works through us as a flame of the refining fire to those around us during our lifetime on Earth leading and guiding us into the truth and convicting us of any sin.

38 There is no better example of going through the refining fire than as seen in what Jesus said in the parable of the Prodigal Son. 39 When we enter into faith and believe in Christ our Spirit is set free from the fear of the “Spiritual” second death that would follow with not believing in Him for the afterlife. 40 We are in a sense resurrected back to Spiritual life like the Prodigal Son was after we go astray in the world apart from God. 41 Unlike the Old Covenant when they were considered Spiritual dead in Adam’s sin and death the Prodigal Son was born Spiritually alive before he left his Father’s house, then Spiritually died. 42 He then went out into the world to become part of the world, and became as dead to his Father. 43 When the Prodigal Son returned to his Father, his Father said to the older brother: It was right that we should make merry and be glad, for your brother was dead and is alive again, and was lost and is found.

The Fall Feast and Holy Convocation Days

44 Everyone born after AD70 did not have to be delivered out from the bondage of the old Age of Corruption, so everyone since then and all here today have no need to be delivered out from the law of sin and death; and all were made alive by Christ from birth. 45 Though we as people here in the New Heaven and Earth still need to come into the faith, hope and love and believe in God in order to escape or be pulled out from the refining fire. 46 Therefore the Spring Feasts and Holy Convocation Days still play a role to play in our lives, but in a new way as mentioned above; but where we see a fire offering within most of those events we know that refining takes place there in our lives.

47 The Holy Spirit enables us to do God’s will which we will be rewarded after we are no longer alive on the Earth, and we will not have to wait in Hades for a Spiritual body for the afterlife; after physical death we will instantly have a Spiritual Redemptive body.

48 The Blowing of Trumpets: was fulfilled when the nation of Israel along with its Temple and Jerusalem were destroyed, in order for the end of the Age to come to an end, and the New Heaven and to begin. 49 Likewise we must physically die like the Temple had to be destroyed, then face the Judgment seat of Christ and receive our rewards like they did when the Great White Throne Judgment on the Day of Atonement was being fulfilled; but it will not be a corporate event like it was, it will be individual event when people pass away.

50 The Day of Atonement:  The power of the Holy Spirit enabled them in the first century to do greater works which they would be rewarded for at the end of their life, when full redemption would come after the Day of Atonement was fulfilled in AD70. 51 After AD70 the power of the Holy Spirit works in a similar new way except Judgment day happens after we physically die, instead of the Great White Thrown Judgment where the dead of the just and the unjust of whole world were judged in AD70. 52 After we physically die is when we will stand before Christ in the Spiritual realm with a new Spiritual body that was prepared for us, and be rewarded for the things we have done while we were alive on Earth. 53 Those who are worth will have an immortal Spiritual body; but those who are not worth will have their Spiritual body and soul destroyed, but the conscience “Spirit” will be tormented forever.

Hebrews 9: 27And as it is appointed for men to die once, but after this the judgment, 28so Christ was offered once to bear the sins of many. To those who eagerly wait for Him He will appear a second time, apart from sin, for salvation.

54 The Feast of Tabernacles: This is both for here and now, and when we enter into the final rest in the afterlife. 55 The Feast of Tabernacle’s antitype has been going on since AD70 in the unseen realm in the New Heaven and Earth; it is the only feast that will remain in the afterlife and it will continue forever as an ongoing feast of celebration of praise and worshipping God in the Kingdom of Heaven.

Conclusion:

56 The Lord’s Passover in antitype is where after Jesus died for our sin and covers us with forgives but the Day of Atonement blots out the memory of sin which we have through the New Covenant. 57 As the Holy Spirit empowered the first century Church, we are also empowered by the Holy Spirit and go through the process of the refining fire. 58 Then at the end of our life with the antitype of the Blowing of Trumpets when the Temple no longer stood, we also physical die, but a believer does not die Spiritually in the second death like a non believer would. 59 Then we receive our rewards as other overcomer’s do. 60 The antitype of the Day of Atonement represented for the just and the unjust, we will be separated as sheep from the goats and remain in the Kingdom of Heaven, while the goats who dwelt in Outer Darkness, go to the Lake of Fire.

.

61 During this time in our lives right now, I can see it as a process of growth in our faith like seen here in 1 John 2: where we start with not being active “Un-leaven” while we rest in grow in Christ as children; then active “Leaven” with the Former Rain power of Pentecost with the young men; then those who were Fathers at an ripened age like the harvest of fruit when the Feast of Tabernacles took place empowered with the Latter Rain of the Holy Spirit.

Their Spiritual State

1 John 2:12 I write to you, little children,
Because your sins are forgiven you for His name’s sake.

13 I write to you, fathers,
Because you have known Him who is from the beginning.
I write to you, young men,
Because you have overcome the wicked one.
I write to you, little children,
Because you have known the Father.

14 I have written to you, fathers,
Because you have known Him who is from the beginning.
I have written to you, young men,
Because you are strong, and the word of God abides in you,
And you have overcome the wicked one.

62 We must ask ourselves what comes first, Judgment or Atonement; and will there be an Atonement for us before we enter into Heaven. If Atonement comes first then what purpose is there for Judgment when we sit at the judgement seat of Christ…?

63 Israel was offering these bulls for the 70 nations for their Atonement because the Feast of Tabernacles comes right after the Day of Atonement. 64 This was the Atonement for the Nations or the Whole Creation according to Romans 8:19-23 so that they would be delivered from the bondage of corruption and into the liberty of the children of God; The Day of Atonement was always about a reset for the nations or tribes, and not just for individual like Passover was.

Numbers 29:12-34

Offerings at the Feast of Tabernacles

12 ‘On the fifteenth day of the seventh month you shall have a holy convocation. You shall do no customary work, and you shall keep a feast to the Lord seven days. 13 You shall present a burnt offering, an offering made by fire as a sweet aroma to the Lord: thirteen young bulls, two rams, and fourteen lambs in their first year. They shall be without blemish. 14 Their grain offering shall be of fine flour mixed with oil: three-tenths of an ephah for each of the thirteen bulls, two-tenths for each of the two rams, 15 and one-tenth for each of the fourteen lambs; 16 also one kid of the goats as a sin offering, besides the regular burnt offering, its grain offering, and its drink offering.

17 ‘On the second day present twelve young bulls, two rams, fourteen lambs in their first year without blemish, 18 and their grain offering and their drink offerings for the bulls, for the rams, and for the lambs, by their number, according to the ordinance; 19 also one kid of the goats as a sin offering, besides the regular burnt offering with its grain offering, and their drink offerings.

20 ‘On the third day present eleven bulls, two rams, fourteen lambs in their first year without blemish, 21 and their grain offering and their drink offerings for the bulls, for the rams, and for the lambs, by their number, according to the ordinance; 22 also one goat as a sin offering, besides the regular burnt offering, its grain offering, and its drink offering.

23 ‘On the fourth day present ten bulls, two rams, and fourteen lambs in their first year, without blemish, 24 and their grain offering and their drink offerings for the bulls, for the rams, and for the lambs, by their number, according to the ordinance; 25 also one kid of the goats as a sin offering, besides the regular burnt offering, its grain offering, and its drink offering.

26 ‘On the fifth day present nine bulls, two rams, and fourteen lambs in their first year without blemish, 27 and their grain offering and their drink offerings for the bulls, for the rams, and for the lambs, by their number, according to the ordinance; 28 also one goat as a sin offering, besides the regular burnt offering, its grain offering, and its drink offering.

29 ‘On the sixth day present eight bulls, two rams, and fourteen lambs in their first year without blemish, 30 and their grain offering and their drink offerings for the bulls, for the rams, and for the lambs, by their number, according to the ordinance; 31 also one goat as a sin offering, besides the regular burnt offering, its grain offering, and its drink offering.

32 ‘On the seventh day present seven bulls, two rams, and fourteen lambs in their first year without blemish, 33 and their grain offering and their drink offerings for the bulls, for the rams, and for the lambs, by their number, according to the ordinance; 34 also one goat as a sin offering, besides the regular burnt offering, its grain offering, and its drink offering.

65 Tom Riggle “Quote”: Christ’s ministry was according to the order of Melchizedek. Nowhere in Hebrews, or elsewhere, are we told that Jesus was bound to follow the OT type. Paul in Hebrews, in fact, explicitly brings up the *contrast*, not conformity, to Aaron as type.

66 Could it be that Passover begins when we first believed and our sins are covered and forgiven, Atonement happens at the end of our life before entering into Heaven with the memory of our sins blotted out. 203 Jesus had three opportunities to enter into the Most Holy Place and three opportunities to exit it like the High Priest would do on the Day of Atonement.

67 Israel had three harvest times, there was the Barley harvest harvest, wheat harvest and fruit harvest. 68 The three harvests represents the three resurrections. 69 The Barley harvest is associated with un-leaven bread and the resurrection of Christ and those in Matthew 27:51-53 which occurred during the Feast of Un-Leaven Bread during the Sheaf Wave of First Fruits. 70 When Jesus was on the cross the vail was torn in the Temple and Jesus yielded up His Spirit. 71 This was the first opportunity Jesus had to enter into the Most Holy Place and exit it before going into Hades to set those captives free. Atonement would have been made for them at that time.

72 The second time Jesus had the opportunity to Jesus had to enter into the Most Holy Place was when He Ascended into Heaven 40 days after He was resurrected from the dead just shortly before the Wheat harvest and the Feast of Pentecost. 73 He would have been changed into His Spiritual body before He entered into the Most Holy Place at His Ascension and to become a Life-giving Spirit for those who received the indwelling of the Holy Spirit.

74 He would have exited the Most Holy Place and appeared a second time like the High Priest would do on the Day of Atonement when those who were alive at were raptured in AD66 and meet Jesus in the air fulfilling Hebrews 9:28. 75 The Parousia of Jesus Christ began in AD66 and ended in AD70 during the great tribulation.

Hebrews 9:28 so Christ was offered once to bear the sins of many. To those who eagerly wait for Him He will appear a second time, apart from sin, for salvation.

76 The third harvest was in the fall-time when the Blowing of Trumpets, Day of Atonement and the Feast of Tabernacles occurred. 77 The resurrection of the just and the unjust happened at the end of the age when the temple was destroyed. 78 The Feast of Tabernacles was during the fruit harvest where there are good and bad apples for an example of the just and the unjust. 79 Third time Jesus had the opportunity to Jesus had to enter into the Most Holy Place was when the Temple no longer stood or had a standing and according to Hebrews 9:8. 80 This entrance would have been for the Whole Creation to be reset with a restoration of all things for the New Heaven and Earth according to Romans 8:19-23. 81 This was when Jesus Christ exited the Most Holy Place and came on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory in AD70 at the end of the age.

Romans 8:19 For the earnest expectation of the creation eagerly waits for the revealing of the sons of God. 20 For the creation was subjected to futility, not willingly, but because of Him who subjected it in hope; 21 because the creation itself also will be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God. 22 For we know that the whole creation groans and labours with birth pangs together until now. 23 Not only that, but we also who have the first-fruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, eagerly waiting for the adoption, the redemption of our body.

82 Depending on what Atonement and for who Atonement is being made for, Atonement for the Age of Corruption post AD70 was fulfilled for the Whole Creation in order for a reset or restoration of all things for the New Heaven and Earth.

83 Post AD70 Atonement comes to us after the last time we sinned around the time of our physical death and then judgment.

84 The Day of Atonement was an annual event for the whole nation of Israel that was in type for the Whole Creation as the antitype and not as a one time for all event. 85 Nor was the Day of Atonement just a personal forgiveness of sins that the Passover was with the covering of sins. 86 The Day of Atonement blotted the sins out or erased them from God’s memory by transferring sins over to the scapegoat. 87 Todays scapegoats maybe those who have the Spirit of the Scapegoat who carry the burden of the law of sin and death of the past that are suppose to be forgotten.
